Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. 


In the case of returns, exchanges will be handled at your expense. You are free to accept or refuse your customers requests.


We are testing our Return Management System (BETA)


Please be aware that we don't deal, communicate, give support directly your customers. This part has to be handled by you.


In Beta Return Management we can offer:


1- Accepting your returns

2- Informing you when we receive return

3- Inspection, re-packing

4- Store your return (in the future there will be a fee for storage)

5- If there is any exchange, we will print and ship new order (Exchange and shipping will be charged as new order)

6- If you receive a an order which we have in stock, instead of printing we will use your stock. There will be only a handling fee for that (We still didn't confirm the amount of handling fee) and shipping fee.

7- There will be no online inventory management for a while because we are still developing it.
